Is iQuotient self-serve, or do you set it up for us?
It's consultant-led. Synergy Consilium scopes your standards and sites, configures the system, migrates your existing documents and registers, and trains your team. You operate a working system: turnkey, not "software and good luck".
Do we have to be certified already?
No. iQuotient suits first-time implementations and already-certified organisations that need better maintenance, visibility and control between surveillance audits.
Can it replace our spreadsheets and shared folders?
Yes, that's the point. Your scattered documents, registers and trackers become one controlled source of truth with version history, evidence and accountability.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your scope, standards and number of sites. Migration and training are part of the turnkey rollout. Book a demo and we'll talk through a realistic timeline and effort for your operation.
Which standards does it support?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 27001: one standard or any approved combination, on one Annex SL backbone. Each standard keeps its own scope, evidence and audit trail.
Can we run more than one standard at once?
Yes. Any approved combination runs together on one backbone, integrated but not flattened. A 9001 audit and a 45001 audit each see their own scope, evidence and criteria.
Can we add a standard later?
Yes. Start with one standard and add others as your system matures. They share the same Annex SL backbone, so you're extending the system, not rebuilding it.
How is it priced?
Priced by the workforce your system covers, with all users included, not per login. Book a demo and we'll give you a figure for your team size and standards.
What support do we get?
Consultant-led, ticket-based support from people who understand both the platform and the standard behind it, keeping your system maintained and audit-ready between visits.
Do we deal with a call centre or a consultant?
A consultant. Support comes from the same Synergy Consilium people who understand your standards and your system, not a generic, scripted helpdesk.
Who can see and do what?
Access is role-based and enforced by module and site. Visible never means permitted: denied actions are removed server-side, not just hidden.
Is our data secure and private?
Access is enforced server-side, records are evidence-gated, and each client runs in an isolated single-tenant environment. Request a security overview for your due diligence and we'll walk you through it.
Where is it hosted, and what about backups?
Hosting, data-residency and backup details are provided on request as part of your due diligence. Raise it in your demo and we'll give you the specifics for your environment.
Will it help us pass our audit?
iQuotient keeps your system audit-ready (evidence attached to records, nothing closing on paper alone) so you walk into surveillance audits prepared. It supports your audit readiness; it doesn't replace the audit or guarantee an outcome.
Is the readiness figure real, or just a dashboard number?
Real. The readiness picture is derived from what's actually open and overdue across your system, not a vanity score you can't trace back to evidence.
